Fertility-Friendly Tips & Recipes

CCF Tea (Cumin + Coriander + Fennel)

A gentle, balancing tea that supports gut health, hormonal harmony, and fertility.

Why It's Great for Fertility:

CCF tea strengthens digestion — and in Ayurveda, a strong digestive fire (agni) is considered key for balanced hormones. By improving nutrient absorption and reducing inflammation, this tea helps the body stay in a state that supports ovulation and healthy cycles.

Benefits:

-Reduces bloating and discomfort

-Supports hormone detox via the liver

-Improves absorption of fertility-boosting nutrients

-Helps calm the mind and nervous system

How to Make:

-Boil 1 cup of water with:

-½ tsp cumin seeds

-½ tsp coriander seeds

-½ tsp fennel seeds
 – Boil for 5–7 minutes, strain, and sip warm.

Precaution:

Avoid during periods. Limit to once a day if new to it or if digestion feels too sensitive.

Goldmash (Sweet Potato + Ghee Mash)

A simple, grounding recipe to support progesterone levels naturally.
Why This Helps:

Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin B6 — a key nutrient that helps the body produce progesterone, the hormone that supports the second half of your cycle and early pregnancy. Combined with A2 ghee, it becomes more nourishing and supportive for hormonal health.

How to Make:

-Boil or steam 1 medium sweet potato

-Mash it warm with 1 tsp A2 ghee
-Add a pinch of cinnamon (optional) for taste
-Eat as an evening snack or part of dinner

Bonus Tip:

This is best had post-ovulation (around Day 15–25 of your cycle) to support progesterone naturally.
